The roads in Turkey are generally of good quality.
To prevent flat tyres, we advise people who are bringing their own racing bikes, to use 25mm tyres. It is just a tiny bit wider than the normal 23mm, but it will prevent a lot of discomfort.

Some routes are just dirt tracks and are not suited for road bikes, which is why we offer two sets of routes.
The advantage of riding on an ATB is that you can ride on almost every type of terrain here, and once off road - you will reach the most beautiful and exclusive places!
Our routes are so diverse and adaptable that any kind of cyclist can cycle them. To ensure we arrange the best routes for you we need to know what kind of cyclist you are, your overall condition and your experience.
Don't worry, we have a service car on each ride - not only for spares, and first aid, but also for water, snacks, extra personal gear (e.g. camera's, swimming kit) and of course lunch!
To avoid the heat we cycle a lot in the spring and autumn, but even then it can be warm here.
We want you to have a great holiday, but there are no guarantees against small accidents. small accidents. Therefore Eye4cycling requires that you have a valid travel insurance.
For inhabitants of Holland we recommend Mondial Assistance.
They provide good insurances and service (we do not receive commission for this).
Click on the Mondial Assistance banner for information or to arrange your insurance contract online. | ![]() |
